If you would like to know any information about the house, the zone, o places to visit, do not hesitate to contact us before or after confirming your reservation. You can call us by phone, e-mail us or, if you prefer, you can make the question by the web (contact and map).
HOUSE RULES
· Arrival: 13:00 to 20:00
· Exit: Before 11:00
· The person who made the reservation must show it ID (Identification card)
· The house will not be rent for parties or celebrations.
· Respect the coexistence rules with the neighbours
· Use the house, the garden and all the utensils responsibly
· Inform the owner about any incident that could affect the house or its contents.
· Inform the owner with time about the arrival and exit time.

Reservation
Our Policy.
Title: Our Policy.
Text: PRE-PAID.
It would be necessary to make a bank transfer of 30% of the total price in advance to guarantee the reservation. After finishing the reservation the owner will contact you to give you the details of the bank transfer.
PAYMENT:
The payment will be at the establishment in cash.
Check In: 13:00 to 20:00 Check Out: 11:00
If you plan to arrive out of the schedule you must inform us beforehand.
CANCELATION POLICY:
If you want to cancel your reservation and get back your payment it must be cancelled with 20 days ahead of time.
In other case, the money will not be return to you.
"NOT SHOWN" POLICY:
In the case that you do not show at the arrival without letting know to the owner, following the cancelation policy, you will have to make the full payment.
